We are all influenced by the world around us in ways that are difficult to fully comprehend. Even the most disciplined among us are more likely to do something that’s convenient, and less likely to do something that’s inconvenient. Harnessing this undeniable fact is at the heart of any successful change — especially a change in eating habits.
In today’s video, I give you some strategies for making the foods you want to eat as convenient as possible, and the foods you don’t want to eat as inconvenient as possible.
Believe it or not, this little lesson can be enormously powerful when it comes to getting ourselves to follow through on our own good intentions. It pays to pay close attention to the convenience of any activity we want to make into a habit.
