Can you honestly answer “yes” to this question?

I love the saying, “We are what we repeatedly do.”

There are two key words here, of course.

  1. Repeatedly
  2. Do

Repeatedly means over and over again. Consistency. Not every now and then. Not when your motivation is high. Not as soon a life slows down.

Do means action. Getting it done. Not researching the perfect plan. Not visualizing the end. Not creating realistic and attainable goals.

Be honest: Do you eat real food repeatedly?
