The time is NOW!

Have you ever thought to yourself, I really need to make better food choices? And then put off starting until some point safely in the future?

If so, you’re not alone.

We hear from people all the time who want to make a positive change in their health, they believe nutrition is the place to start, and yet they wait.

  • They wait until it’s the right time.
  • They wait until they understand the right information.
  • They wait until all of their ducks are in a row.

Here’s the reality. The “right time” doesn’t even exist. There will always be more to learn. And we have yet to meet anyone with all of their ducks in a row!

The only time is NOW. We can guarantee you’re not ready — and that is positively okay! It’s even preferred. Your desire to change and your willingness to commit are the only prerequisites necessary.
