Learn how to make bone broth in minutes

Recently I blogged about the benefits of bone broth. Some of you asked for a demo, so here it is!

My favourite part is around 1:25 when I knock the pepper mill onto the floor!

As you can see, it’s pretty darn simple and oh so nutritious compared to the Campbell’s variety. I hope you’ll give it a try, and I’d love to hear how it turns out for you.

    Have been making my own bone broth for years. It is something my mother taught me to do. Would agree with your approach until you added the salt. Very surprised you did this. Even if it was sea salt, tastes just fine without it.

    Silly question, I noticed you didn’t put the lid on the crock pot for the bone broth to cook and I just wanted to double check if it is meant to stay uncovered while slow cooking for 24 hours. I have never made bone broth so just making sure I do it right. Thanks

      My bad for forgetting to put the lid on the crock pot! You definitely don’t want to forget that step 🙂
