Have been making my own bone broth for years. It is something my mother taught me to do. Would agree with your approach until you added the salt. Very surprised you did this. Even if it was sea salt, tastes just fine without it.

Silly question, I noticed you didn’t put the lid on the crock pot for the bone broth to cook and I just wanted to double check if it is meant to stay uncovered while slow cooking for 24 hours. I have never made bone broth so just making sure I do it right. Thanks
My bad for forgetting to put the lid on the crock pot! You definitely don’t want to forget that step 🙂
