Have you ever wondered what a real food kitchen looks like? Today I’m taking you on a behind the scenes tour of mine.

My hope is that this fridge and pantry tour will give you some inspiration and ideas for maintaining your own real food kitchen. (And if you want to borrow my label maker, just ask!) 

Remember this: If your home is stocked exclusively with real food, you’ll be much more likely to eat real food consistently. It may seem obvious or over-simplistic, but it’s really quite profound.
