I don’t know about you, but I’m a really big fan of getting in and out of the gym as quickly as possible. In fact, if I can workout without ever stepping foot inside the gym…even better!
That’s why I’m excited to introduce you to one of my favourite workouts. Here’s why it’s a favourite.
- It’s quick,
- it requires virtually no equipment (so there’s no excuse to skip it!), and
- it’s effective.
