Do you ever wish you had more time to exercise? Join the club!
Lack of time is the number one reason I hear for why people don’t exercise more regularly.
I got over this objection a few years ago by committing to doing all of my private coaching calls while walking on my homemade treadmill desk. Today I’ve already walked 5k!
Another creative way to bust the “I don’t have enough time to exercise” myth is to “snack on exercise” in small bursts throughout your day – like one minute at a time four times per day. Yup, just 4 minutes a day (sounds intriguing, right?!).
Backed by sound scientific evidence, the Snack on Exercise concept is a social movement created by my friend and wellbeing professional, Lauren Parsons, who is on a crusade to shift the way people think about exercise. When it comes to high intensity exercise, less is often more.
I was proud to be a contributor during her first free 7-Day Challenge back in October. If you missed my Park Bench Push Up video clip, you can check it out below.
