Try this hack for consuming fewer holiday treats

Have you ever gotten into the holiday spirit by doing a bunch of baking, only to have that same baking call your name again and again?

    I used to hide food from my hungry teenage son in the veggie compartment of the fridge. He would never think to look there!!
