2-Ingredient Pancakes (bananas and eggs)

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  1. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Add the eggs.
  3. Use a whisk or hand mixer (my preferred method to get them really fluffy!) to blend thoroughly.
  4. Fry in a pan with a little melted butter or coconut oil.
