2-Ingredient Pancakes (bananas and eggs)
Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 1 serving
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- Mash the banana with a fork.
- Add the eggs.
- Use a whisk or hand mixer (my preferred method to get them really fluffy!) to blend thoroughly.
- Fry in a pan with a little melted butter or coconut oil.
