Slow Cooker Bacon Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 quart crockpot
- Handful toothpicks
- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- ½-3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 apples, peeled and grated
Instructions
- Using toothpicks, wrap two slices of bacon around each chicken breast. Place wrapped chicken on the bottom of the crockpot. They may overlap, which is ok.
- Mix BBQ sauce, lemon juice and grated apples together in a bowl. Pour over chicken, taking care to cover each breast as best you can.
- Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
