I didn’t love running until I found a coach in my early 30s. He provided more than just the structure and accountability to improve — he also made it FUN! Today, the only thing more rewarding than setting my own PBs — 5k (18:58), 8k (31:57), 10k (39:52), 1/2 marathon (1:28:53), marathon (3:21:55) — is helping others achieve theirs.
