I have a confession to make. My scale and I have had an unhealthy relationship. But it’s all good now.

For many years I honestly thought my scale and I were living in perfect harmony – until I started gaining weight over the past year! During that time, our relationship became increasingly more toxic until about two weeks ago when I donated it to charity. Since then I have never felt so free!

I wanted to be totally open, honest, and transparent here, because I hear from so many clients who are tormented by the feedback they get from their bathroom scales, yet they have so much trouble breaking free. Can you relate?
